Thank you for visiting and shopping at engraveawards.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from our office in Mumbai. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping method, rates & delivery estimates

• We offer free shipping across India.
• We prefer to send all shipments by FedEx (Surface).
• If your pin code is not serviceable by our preferred partner, we use alternative shipping services such as Bluedart, IndiaPost, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and Shadowfax.
• In a majority of cases, orders get delivered in 9-10 business days after you have placed the order. However, we request you to use the delivery period mentioned on the individual product pages for reference.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
