On creating Stars for Avendus Capital

Great places to work find memorable ways to recognise, retain, and motivate star employees. They also choose wisely when it comes to finding ways to celebrate them.

Speaking of choosing wisely, Avendus Capital is one of our most regular clients. They trust us implicitly to handle their merchandising needs. And they got in touch with us yet again for one such task.

What did Avendus task us with?

Put simply, they asked us to design a memento for an internal event. The event was organised to celebrate the Stars of Avendus Capital. They wanted to hand out ‘Stars’ of a unique kind to their top performers. Of course, just plain old ‘stars’ wouldn’t do. The keepsake had to be something standout, elegant, and classy.

How did we respond?

We created a memento in stainless steel and wood. The final product could either be pinned or a board or placed on the desk. Happily, Avendus was really pleased with the final result.
